The Emmanuelle Béart Cocktail

I forget which web site this came from, all I remember is that they had a cocktail for almost every actress under the sun, so all credit goes to them.

Trivia

Did you know that Emmanuelle Beart took her part as a musician in Un Coeur en Hiver (A Heart in Winter) so seriously she practiced the Violin every day for over a year before filming started. By comparison she clearly is not playing the Harmonica at all in Manon Des Sources - which some might consider an easier instrument to play

She has two children - when asked how they would affect her ability to work, she shrugged and said she just packed them up and took them with her wherever she went

Not just a pretty face - On the one side she was the "Face of DIOR" and on the other: Emmanuelle Beart campaigned for a group of illegal immigrants threatened with deportation that took refuge in the Saint Bernard church in Paris. She camped at the church with them night after night and, when the police finally came, she chained herself to the railings. In February this year she marched at the front of a demonstration against the government's tough new immigration laws. She is also became an ambassador for UNICEF.

No doubt you have seen the Stella Artois adverts of the last few years on UK TV and in the cinemas, what you probably do not realise is that the adverts are based upon Jean De Florette and Manon Des Sources, the early ones even used the same music and some plot extracts. The more recent ones just copy the style.
