Plot

A comedy film about an Angel on a mission to earth to bring back a good man who has cancer. She unfortunately bumps into a satellite and plummets into the swimming pool of the man she was to take to heaven. He is oblivious to his imminent death and is about to marry his fiancée (Phoebe Cates). Rescuing the angel from the swimming pool, he is captivated by her beauty and falls in love with her. His friends discover her and try and make money by selling pictures and news stories to the press. No one else believes there is an angel, least of all the fiancée who tracks down her man with a shotgun as she thinks he is having an affair. A happy ending, guaranteed
