A slapstick comedy involving to neighbours in a block of flats. The plot revolves around the flat doors which have a tendency to shut and self lock, Emmanuelle Beart's jealous, oppresive and argumentative husband, the artist next door who just wants peace and quite, a few of his friends and a cigarette lighter that looks like a gun, oh! and the real gun.
